Mark Edgar is a people-centric, strategic and innovative consultant, facilitator and coach with global experience developing and delivering impactful and business focused people strategies across a range of sectors. He has over 25 years’ experience building HR solutions across the broad HR agenda including transformational change, talent management, engagement and organizational effectiveness.

Mark runs his own consulting business focused on helping organizations, HR teams and leaders thrive in the new world of work. He is the co-founder of future foHRward – a community for HR professionals to build their capabilities and confidence in leveraging the opportunities that come from the new world of work. He is also a board member of Strategic Capability Network.

Most recently Mark worked for RSA for over 8 years in the role of CHRO with overall responsibility for HR and Communications for the Canadian business. Previously, he was based in the UK as Head of Human Resources within Centrica Plc; a major energy company operating in the UK under the British Gas brand. He has also worked for BSkyB, a TV, broadband and phone company, in an HR role responsible for their operational business units and customer facing teams.

Mark lives in Canada with his wife and two daughters and spends his time playing, coaching and watching soccer – or what he calls football!

Hashmeen Hosein

Director, Organizational Effectiveness Global, RBC


Hashmeen is currently an enterprise lead on Organizational Change Management and Organization Design solutions and enablement. She has practical change management experience in building an enterprise change management practice including designing and development of an Agile Change Management Methodology and in integrating change management with various project management frameworks.    

She has extensive and practical change management experience in enabling large scale complex and transformational programs including: Mergers, Acquisitions and Divestitures, Robotics, Technology Infrastructure, Business Process Improvements, and Organizational Transformation.    

Hashmeen is also a lead coach and facilitator on change management practices supporting global teams in enabling change. 

She has an extensive career in the Financial Services Industry and has worked in the Caribbean Region in Trinidad, in the Netherlands Antilles, in the US and Canada. Her experience includes leadership roles in Consumer Banking Operations, Marketing, Internal Brand Communications, Sales Leadership Management, Training and Development, Human Resources, Customer Service Strategy, Relationship Banking and Change Management.    

She is the recipient of Awards of Excellence in:  Leadership, Customer Service Management, Sales Leadership and Change Management.

Anusha Felsher

Anusha Felsher is the Vice President, Corporate Services, for Menkes Developments Ltd. She is also an experienced change leader, having led numerous company-wide initiatives. She is responsible for leading key corporate functions that support all business divisions of the Company and include Information Technology, Human Resources, Change Management, and Health & Safety.

Prior to joining Menkes Developments in 2008, Anusha held senior positions within the Automotive and High-Tech sectors with both public and private organizations.

Menkes Developments Ltd., founded in 1954, is a privately-held multi-disciplinary real estate firm that develops and builds high-rise condominium towers, single family housing and office, industrial and retail space across the GTA.

Greg possesses more than two decades of global change management, executive coaching and consulting experience. He began his career working with several top firms including Price Waterhouse Coopers and IBM. During this time Greg provided consulting services for organizations like TetraPak, Air Canada, Bell Canada, Manitoba eHealth and the Province of Ontario.

Greg recognized a gap within the consulting world for focused change management and training support. He made the strategic decision to partner with a fellow change management and training expert, Krista Schaber-Chan, to create their own consulting firm Harbinger SCR Inc. in 2015.

Karen Sedore

Karen has recently joined William Osler Health System as Senior Manager Change Management after 22 years at the Region of Peel where she embedded change as an organizational-wide strategic capability. She is genuinely passionate about change and has worked with a broad range of organizations globally to help lead and manage their Strategic, Technology and Regulatory Change Initiatives.

She holds a BSc honours in Business Information Technology & Marketing from London Guildhall University, an MBA from Warwick Business School, England, and a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. She is also the founder of The Change Leadership, a series of events and conferences focused on preparing leaders, change professionals and organisations to lead change in today's fast-paced and disruptive business environment.
