This masterclass is a 2+ hour event designed in partnership with Northeastern University Toronto to cover the evolving role of project managers and the change leadership skills required, while also providing an opportunity for networking with like-minded professionals.

The masterclass will feature presentations from our in-house team, as well as expert guest speakers and executives who are responsible for project management teams and leading change in their organizations.

This masterclass will provide project professionals with a practical deep dive into change leadership as it relates to project management.

A project management educator and consultant with +10 years of experience, Adel is the board member at PMI Toronto chapter and program director and professor at Lambton College in Toronto, where he directs a number of post-graduate programs including "Construction Project Management" and "Enterprise Project Management and Leadership" programs.
