Under “Community” in the Main Navigation, go to the “Ask Organizers Anything”. Someone from the Change Leadership Team will be there to help you!
- There are a number of ways you can interact with the speakers and other attendees during the conference. These being:
- Community area of the conference platform
- Speed Networking sessions
- VIP Networking lounge with speakers
- Directly with attendees by clicking on their profiles (via video or chat)
- Chat functionality during sessions
- Q&As before/during sessions
- Clubhouse Afterparty (Click here for invitation)
The sessions may be used towards maintenance of your existing accreditations with organizations such as ACMP, PMI, IIBA under Leadership category. Refer to the organization’s handbooks for instructions on how to submit the claim.
You will be issued with a digital credential following your attendance of the conference.
As a VIP participant, recordings will be available to you following the event within your Change leadership VIP membership area from by June 7th.
If you are a non-VIP participant and would like access to recordings, you are welcome to purchase an upgrade of your ticket. This will also provide you with a one-year access to the CL VIP community as well (Click here to upgrade).
Yes, there will be a virtual exhibition area. To access the exhibition booths, head over to the “Exhibitors” option under “Main Navigation” on the left-hand side of the conference platform.
The virtual exhibit allows attendees to visit exhibitor booths, interact one-on-one with the exhibitor representatives, receive giveaways, and enter the passport contest to win prizes!

Gamification, Passport and Scavenger Hunt polls
Simply head over to “Leaderboard” in navigation area.
There are many opportunities to get your game on, win an amazing price, and get to the top of the leaderboard! Attendees will earn points based on their participation across the platform. Points can be earned in within community engagement, live polls (as part of the scavenger hunt), photo contest and session feedback.
When you visit the exhibitor booths, you earn stamps when take the following three actions for – ‘sign up for deals and offerings’, ‘post a comment’, and ‘like a booth’. Attendees who have collected ALL stamps will be entered into a raffle. Winner will be randomly selected.
Attendees upload photos captured related to the event through the “Photo” section under the Main Navigation to enter the contest. The photo (or photos) with the most likes will be the winner and win the top prize!
The scavenger hunt starts at 8.30am EST and will end after the last break at 3.00pm. Answer the questions in the live polling section of the conference platform to earn more points towards your leaderboard!
Winners will be announced towards the last session of the day.
