Selection Process

One outstanding leader will be selected from a distinguished pool of top change leadership professionals.

2026 nominees will be drawn from the top past finalists and evaluated against four comprehensive criteria that reflect the depth of experience, innovation, impact, and advocacy.

The winner will be unveiled and honoured at the annual Change Leadership Conference.

This award recognizes a change leader who has demonstrated excellence in every aspect of change leadership, making significant contributions to their organization, community, and the change management profession. A well-rounded and accomplished individual who embodies the essence of a true change leader, inspiring positive change wherever they go.

The winner of the Change Leadership Excellence award will be announced on May 25th, Global Change Leadership Day. Winner will be publicly recognized at the Change Leadership Conference.
