Harriet has held several transformative roles in the private and public sector, including with KPMG, the Ministry of Transportation, eHealth Ontario and Haldimand County.
Prior to her current role, Harriet was the Senior Lead for Virtual Mental Health at the Ontario Telemedicine Network and Ontario Health. She oversaw the dramatic growth of Ontario’s virtual mental health program – from a pilot project to Canada’s first province-wide, fully-funded internet-based cognitive behaviour therapy program. Of note, this program has supported over 50,000 Ontarians during the COVID pandemic.
Associate Dean, Sheridan & Director Screen Industries Research & Training Centre
Myles Bartlett is a Strategic Design and Interaction Educator, known for his expertise in visual storytelling and design leadership. With over two decades of experience, Myles has held numerous roles, reflecting his diverse expertise in design and media. He has served as the Program Coordinator for Interaction Design at Sheridan College, where he shaped the curriculum, mentored emerging designers, and founding the iXD CoLab. Prior to this, Myles was an Art Director at Corus Entertainment, managing the creative direction for Cartoon Network and TELETOON properties. His extensive experience also includes positions as Creative Director at Media Street Productions Inc., Instructor at the Art Institute of Toronto, and the University of Windsor. Each of these roles has contributed to his understanding of design, storytelling, and education.
Myles holds an M.F.A. in Visual Arts from the University of Windsor, an AOCAD in Fine Art with Honours from the Ontario College of Art and Design, and a B.A. in Sociology from Carleton University. He is passionate about leveraging design to foster innovation.

Manisha is passionate about working with individuals and organizations to design and execute transformations with a focus on the people impacts of change. She currently leads Definity’s Enterprise Change Enablement team which focuses on supporting the organization’s enterprise-wide transformation programs.
Previously, she ran her own consulting practice through which she successfully lead change transformation programs for organizations across many industries including Loblaw, CPP Investments, Ontario Power Generation, RBC, TD, and Bell. She has built leadership development and culture programs that allow organizations to deepen the ties that employees have to their organization’s values.

Chief Executive Officer, Digital Health Canada
Shelagh Maloney’s career has been defined by a passion for digital health and its transformative ability to improve the patient and provider experience. Prior to assuming the role of CEO, Digital Health Canada, Shelagh held national executive leadership roles in both the public and private sectors where she earned widespread recognition for her business development, relationship management, consensus-building, and communication skills.
A dedicated advocate for innovation and equity through digital health, Shelagh has shaped policy and practice through influential volunteer roles. She is currently Vice -Chair, Vision Loss Rehab Canada and has served as Vice Chair of SNOMED International, Board Chair of Digital Health Canada, and Board Director, Mississauga Halton Local Health Integration Network (LHIN). Shelagh holds a B.Sc . in Applied Health Sciences from the University of Waterloo and is a Certified Professional in Health Information & Management Systems (CPHIMS-CA).
In recognition of her contributions to the industry, Shelagh was an inaugural recipient of the Women Leaders in Digital Health in 2017 and was named a Digital Health Canada Fellow in 2023
VP Innovation and Partnerships, Hamilton Health Sciences
Ted Scott founded HHS’s innovation function and has established HHS as one of the leading Canadian hospitals in the development and responsible use of artificial intelligence (AI) in health care. Ted established HHS’ Innovation function with an emphasis on developing new care models empowering patients and providers while leveraging innovative technology to enable more accessible and equitable healthcare. This vision addresses the need for the healthcare industry to evolve the relationships between patients and healthcare providers using enabling digital technologies.
Ted is an expert digital health strategist and has a wealth of experience in industry relations and commercialization, as well as innovation policy. He returned to HHS where he started his career as a sonographer after working at The Hospital for Sick Children and Huntsville District Memorial Hospital. Ted is a lifelong learner who earned his Master of Applied Science in Medical Ultrasound and his Ph.D. in Diagnostic Imaging from Charles Sturt University of Australia.
VP Data Science and Advanced Analytics, Unity Health Toronto
Dr. Mamdani is also Director of the University of Toronto Temerty Faculty of Medicine Centre for Artificial Intelligence Education and Research in Medicine (T-CAIREM), Professor at University of Toronto, Odette Chair in Advanced Analytics, and a Faculty Affiliate of the Vector Institute, which is a leading institution for artificial intelligence research in Canada.
Dr. Mamdani is pharmacist and epidemiologist, known for contributions to pharmacoeconomics, drug safety and application of data analytics and artificial intelligence to medical systems.
He has previously been named among Canada’s Top 40 under 40. Dr. Mamdani’s research interests include pharmacoepidemiology, pharmacoeconomics, drug policy, and the application of advanced analytics approaches to clinical problems and health policy decision-making.
