Michelle designed and led the restructuring of the Technology organization at Teachers’ (725 people) to a product-based operating model enabling the Technology teams to be more responsive to the needs of internal business partners. Business engagement was simplified, and a focus placed on transparency of technology delivery, cost efficiency, and speed to value enabled by consistent rollout of Agile product ownership across all businesses.
Michelle leads the teams of Product Management (including the delivery of all major digital technology applications and platforms Enterprise-wide released by 20 persistent agile squads across five enterprise Product Portfolios (Asset Management, Asset Operations, Total Fund, Corporate, and Member Services)). She also runs Delivery Management (including PMO, Agile Enablement Office, and Change Management), Business Analysis and Process Transformation, and Program and Financial Reporting.

Blake Bell is the Global Head of Organizational Change Enablement at Manulife. He’s been accelerating a Change-Adaptive Mindset into the organization’s DNA as a core role skillset. His team is doing this by empowering all colleagues with curated learning, practical tools, and a supportive community, so they can better adapt to change that happens every day, and effectively rollout and sustain impactful transformation to drive better business outcomes.
Blake has employed similar strategies during his time at RBC and Rogers in technology and customer service roles. He is also the author of 12 books. He’s seen every movie and more baseball games than should be humanly consumable.

Harriet has held several transformative roles in the private and public sector, including with KPMG, the Ministry of Transportation, eHealth Ontario and Haldimand County.
Prior to her current role, Harriet was the Senior Lead for Virtual Mental Health at the Ontario Telemedicine Network and Ontario Health. She oversaw the dramatic growth of Ontario’s virtual mental health program – from a pilot project to Canada’s first province-wide, fully-funded internet-based cognitive behaviour therapy program. Of note, this program has supported over 50,000 Ontarians during the COVID pandemic.
Associate Dean, Sheridan & Director Screen Industries Research & Training Centre
Myles Bartlett is a Strategic Design and Interaction Educator, known for his expertise in visual storytelling and design leadership. With over two decades of experience, Myles has held numerous roles, reflecting his diverse expertise in design and media. He has served as the Program Coordinator for Interaction Design at Sheridan College, where he shaped the curriculum, mentored emerging designers, and founding the iXD CoLab. Prior to this, Myles was an Art Director at Corus Entertainment, managing the creative direction for Cartoon Network and TELETOON properties. His extensive experience also includes positions as Creative Director at Media Street Productions Inc., Instructor at the Art Institute of Toronto, and the University of Windsor. Each of these roles has contributed to his understanding of design, storytelling, and education.
Myles holds an M.F.A. in Visual Arts from the University of Windsor, an AOCAD in Fine Art with Honours from the Ontario College of Art and Design, and a B.A. in Sociology from Carleton University. He is passionate about leveraging design to foster innovation.

Jason is the founder of Lean Change, and author of Lean Change Management, Change Agility and From Skeptic to Strategist: Embracing AI in Change Management. He began his career as a web developer and then began helping organizations shift to agile ways of working in the mid-2000s.
With over 20 years of experience in technology and change, Jason has traveled the world working with or in companies of all shapes, sizes and industries as an internal coach, external coach, product owner and more.
Jason is also currently the CTO of Spero Careers Canada which is an organization that helps employment specialists help neurodiverse people find and keep jobs.

Yvonne is a Change Management Strategist, Advisor, and Change Leadership Advocate, with over 20 years of experience helping executives, professionals, and organizations to navigate through change in today’s fast-paced and disruptive environment. She is the founder of The Change Leadership, a series of events and community focused on preparing professionals and organization to respond better and faster to change in their industry.
She is passionate about helping professional and organizations lead and respond to change better & faster. She has worked with organizations such as RBC, TD, Deloitte, Loblaws, and JP Morgan Chase to lead and manage their Strategic, Technology and Change Initiatives.
She holds a BSc honours in Business Information Technology from London Guildhall University, an MBA from Warwick Business School, and a Change Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. She works closely with professionals to help them more effectively lead and manage change in their organizations, to become sought after change leaders in their organizations and industry. She is a published author and change catalyst.
