Tracy Paulo-Brown is a seasoned Human Resources professional, with over 10 years of progressive experience in the retail industry.

A transformative and inclusive leader, Tracy has a natural aptitude for tactical planning with a passion for talent. She has continually shown herself to be #ALLIn at Rexall, where she serves as Senior Manager, Talent Attraction.

As a talent acquisition leader, Tracy has recruited hundreds of individuals from individual contributors to senior leadership roles. She has worked tirelessly with her team to help transform the recruitment strategy at Rexall. This work included the launch of an employee value proposition, continuous employer branding improvement and an overhaul of Rexall’s Campus Program. The result of these efforts has led to talent better suited to culture supporting a decrease in turnover by 44%, and an increase of New Graduate Hires by 20%.

With the ability to build mutually beneficial relationships across departments, while effectively managing multiple initiatives, Tracy is a proven problem solver who thrives in dynamic, challenging and changing environments. An effective people leader, Tracy and her team recently placed as finalists at the 2019 Canada HR Awards, in the category of Best Communication Strategy.

Tracy completed her Business Administration diploma in Human Resources Management with Honours from Sheridan College has completed University level courses in Human Resources from Ryerson University. Tracy is Prosci ADKAR certified in change management, holds a level T3 in Inside Out training and has earned her SuccessFinder Competency Certification.

Tim is a Cultural Diversity and Inclusion Thought Leader, and Founder & Managing Partner of Prompta Inc., proudly Canada’s first certified diverse consulting firm and the 2018 Canadian LGBT+ Business Enterprise of the Year. He is a leading change management authority with 25+ years of experience successfully driving business culture transformations. Tim’s life-long business focus is on improving work cultures and working lives.  

As leader of Prompta, Tim focused on enabling companies to enhance business cultures, measure, and take their Diversity and Inclusion programs to the next level, where every employee can bring their whole self to work. Over Tim’s career he has supported over 30 Fortune 500 organizations to thrive through improved cultural change, including having enabled M&A cultural integrations valued at $32 billion in aggregate.

Rich Batchelor

President & Chief Change Agent, Capillary Consulting

Rich has been successfully delivering change for over 25 years. He has consulted, coached and educated with organizations across all parts of the globe and regularly reflect on his legacy in developing the change delivery model for UK government, He is a founding member of the Association of Change Management Professionals (ACMP) and was founding president of the Toronto Chapter for 6 years. He has also founded the Toronto Change Days conference, based on the highly successful Berlin Change Days, a hands-on weekend of fun learning about change unlike any other change conference in North America!

He has a masters in change management and is certified in Project Management, Process improvement, Facilitation, HR, Coaching, Counseling and Psychotherapy. He is also a Certified Lego® Serious Play® Facilitator & Workshop Designer, Certified in facilitating organizations through uncertainty and complexity and an accredited emotional culture deck “elephant rider” !

His presentation delivery is known for its passion and direct challenges to the audience. He enjoys the opportunity to disrupt traditional thinking, bring humour to the learning space and enable curiosity to take control of the change space for everyone.

Traci recently left her post at BMO AI as Head of AI Operations, to dive back into the realm of startups, co-founding Moselle, a platform focused on empowering small-medium whole sale businesses with financial literacy.

Prior to her time in banking, she experienced a multitude of areas in a startups (ScribbleLive, CareGuide, Nanny Experts & Zoom.ai): from sales to customer care, marketing to talent recruitment, to her specialty: business operations and talent management. Traci’s expertise in operations and talent management has been pivotal to the scaling and growth of early stage teams and with immense pride as a generalist, it has given her a unique understanding of each function and how they ebb and flow into one another.

Siobhan has been praised for her high energy, engaging and effective communication style and award-winning programs. With a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Information Technology Management, Siobhan holds her Change Management Practitioner (CMP) designation from APMG, her Project Management Professional (PMP) designation from the Project Management Institute, her Certified Training and Development Professional (CTDP) designation from the Institute for Performance and Learning and is a certified Extended DiSC® facilitator. Siobhan has completed her Master’s degree at Royal Roads University, with a focus on organizational change, leadership development and generational diversity.
