Tracy Paulo-Brown is a seasoned Human Resources professional, with over 10 years of progressive experience in the retail industry.

As a talent acquisition leader, Tracy has recruited hundreds of individuals from individual contributors to senior leadership roles. She has worked tirelessly with her team to help transform the recruitment strategy at Rexall. This work included the launch of an employee value proposition, continuous employer branding improvement and an overhaul of Rexall’s Campus Program. The result of these efforts has led to talent better suited to culture supporting a decrease in turnover by 44%, and an increase of New Graduate Hires by 20%.

Tracy is Prosci ADKAR certified in change management, holds a level T3 in Inside Out training and has earned her SuccessFinder Competency Certification.
